A Korean scientist named Dr. Marco Hong who was splattered by mutagen and as he touched mothballs he was now a burly hunchbacked moth who can spit acid can fly can shoot quills from his body can summon moths to attack enemies and can generate electricity through his wings. He was an evil scientist bent on world domination, and after the defeat of Shredder, took under his wing some of his old mutant soldiers, like Slither, Sharktooth, Sala-Raptor, Shrimp Louie, Razorbeak, and Killer Bee. He then proceeded to replicate mutagen to create an army of mutants to conquer the world, and only the Turtles and their allies stand in his way.
