Ray is a supermutant created by Dr Polidorius and named after his second cousin. He use the DNA of a stingray, squid, scorpionfish, blowfish and electric eel to create him. Despite being Dr Polidorius' minion, he was apathetic and didnt like the idea of making more underwater mutants to polulate New York, only doing whay Polidorius said because he had nothing better to do. After a confrontation with the Turtles, he escaped into the New York Harbor, which he then called is home. He later became an ally of the Turtles, als long as they fouight to protect the waterways of the city together. He has the power to inflate like a blowfish, shoot spines like a scorpionfish, shoot ink like a squid, and shoot electric blasts like an elixtric eel.
