Tazzy-Rang is a mutant Tasmanian Tiger. He's a close friend of Horatio whom like him he's a nature lover and came from Tasmania who immigrated to New York to study environment and history about Aboriginals and he's a proud Tasmanian. He's an expert of throwing boomerangs and is quite good at it. During the events of Mutation Situation he got doused by a lone canister of mutagen and as he touched a taxidermy of Thylacine he ended up mutated into a orange furred humanoid marsupial predator with steel boomerangs on his arms and shoulders. Horrified at this he laid low avoided by humans and sometimes steals food with the help of his boomerangs. When he saw Eagleator along with Calico's goons fought the Ninja Turtles he stepped into action and whacked the goons sending him packing.
