Huggy Wuggy used to be a young man named Jeffrey Whittaker who had a troubling childhood who was abused by her single father for being intelligent which he had a bad temper issues and worked at a local factory worker and was forced to drop out of school to work part time to pay the bills. As he grew older his father won a lottery and he became a millionaire and quit his job and bought a mansion for himself and his son though his father can share his earnings but he refused to hand over the single money to his son thinking he might grew up to be a rich jerk and he was forced to move by his aunt who feels sorry for him and decided to homeschool him while his father wasted all the money by gambling spending on his money on women alcohol and has hired bodyguards in case some tax collectors came to pay him back. As he grew older he grew bitter on people on how people were having fun and has many families and his only close friend was his stuffed toy Huggy Wuggy and he carried it for emotional support. He then started school and everyone is impressed with his intelligence under the tutelage of his aunt and was about to spend some money for himself through college. Unfortunately after he graduated his father came back after he dwindled his earnings and his wife left him and demanded Jeffrey to hand over the money but due to the neglect and abandonment of his son he refused and the violent argument broke out and when he stole all the money he lunged at him and gave him a punch saying that this was for his college tuition his aunt tried to intervene but his father pushed her through the stairs gave her a concussion and he ripped out his stuffed toy which flew him into a rage and started strangling his deadbeat father and almost killed him and he tumbled down the stairs and clobbered him with a baseball bat crippling him leading her aunt to call the police to arrest him. Shaken by the turn of events he ran away from home and moved to New York in hopes of finding a good college and a part time job. However due to his abusive father and struggling to make good grades not only is he got fired but was forced to drop out on college. He later approached Scissorlips and Baxter Stockman and he was then used for a super weapon to eradicate Ninja Turtles and Mutanimals in an experiment dubbed Project Huggy Wuggy. He was forced into the mutagen laced with various animals DNA along with dark energy crystals and it was a success and now he became a power hungry lanky demonic mutant who has the power to absorb happiness and can shapeshift into nightmarish monsters with dark powers and is more than ready to hunt down the families that are very happy. He kidnapped most of the humans to turn them into soulless zombies and then used his newfound powers to commit crimes after he drank large samples of super mutagen becoming more monstrous and powerful and he tracked down the prison were his father is staying and eventually murdered him in cold blood and somehow killed the other inmates and prison guards leading Sloane Robinson to contact Turtles Mutanimals League of Mutants Karai and other allies once April Casey Collin Tristan and Dylan were kidnapped by Huggy Wuggy. He then found out that Scissorlips and Baxter Stockman are responsible for this and he trapped their human allies into dark energy web like substance and the fight broke out. Leo saw fear and anger through his eyes and tried to convince him to let go of revenge but he refused stating that if he can't deserve happiness no one can and threatened to kill all of them if they stood in his way prompting the Evil League of Mutants to work together and defeat him before he laid waste into the entire city. Leo managed to incapacitate with electric cables Kraang Laser Beams and used it to crush him. Huggy Wuggy retaliated by kidnapping Sloane April Casey Striker Collin Tristan and Dylan and they chased him into the Undercity. He managed to drop them into the abyss but Raph Donnie and Mikey Collin saved them with his mutant bat form. Driven to rage he decided to kill them but Leo managed to fight him allowing them to escape and despite his dark powers and attributes to overwhelm him he defeated Huggy Wuggy with Splinter's spirit and he fell into the abyss to his demise. The Turtles felt sorry for him after everything he went through he deserves to be loved.
