Baxter's Lab is the lair of Baxter Stockman, located in an abandoned warehouse in Brooklyn. In Season 2, it gained a giant tank of Mutagen Ooze and it was destroyed by the fire in Vengeance is Mine. In Season 3, it was rebuilt and moved to the basement of Shredder's Hideout, and was updated with several habitats for storing mutants, a more refined mutation device (which contains a mutagen tank in the center where different DNA samples can be placed into it).
