Channel 6 News is a news network that is shown on Channel 6. In the original 1987 TMNT cartoon, April O' Neil worked as a reporter for Channel 6 but she was replaced in the new show by Carlos Chiang O'Brien Gambe. The turtles never went to the Channel 6 news building yet.
