Dr. Cluckingsworth M.D. is one of the Turtles' chickens that accidentally got exposed to Mutagenic fuel and is now a genius in rocket science! She first appeared in Race with the Demon, then made a minor appearance in Eye of the Chimera. She made one more appearance in Return to New York, when the turtles, April, and Casey left the farmhouse to retake New York. Her last appearance is in Owari, attending Splinter's funeral and driving in Casey's custom vehicle.
Her name is a misnomer. "PhD" would have been more appropriate in view of her new found expertise in the sciences, but Michelangelo used "MD" instead, which is for medical doctors, but Mikey cannot seem to distinguish the two.

- While Dr. Cluckingsworth is sitting in the back of the Turtle Racer, her cage resembles R2-D2 from the Star Wars franchise.
