The Earth Protection Force is a secret black ops unit created to handle extraterrestrial threats. It first appeared in The Invasion Part 2, making a valiant and semi-effective effort to stop Kraang Prime from destroying New York City. In Return to New York, they appear and stop Casey Jones from entering New York but April sees Kraang Mind Control devices on them and instead of following orders he busts through New York. They made a minor appearance in Casey Jones VS. The Underworld as they are guarding the city.

- The group is based off of it's 2003 counterpart, which was led by Agent Bishop.
- This might hint that Agent Bishop will be apart of this organization.
- The EPF reappears in Return to New York, with Kraang enhanced weaponry and appear to be mind controlled to prevent other people from entering New York.
