[episode starts at the rooftop where the turtles are surveying TCRI.]
Leo: Nothing happening at T.C.R.I.
Donnie: Yet...
Mikey: This game is awesome. The combat is so realistic.
Raph: You want me to make it more realistic?
Leo: Guys, stop messing around.
Donnie: According to the Kraang storage device that I decrypted, some kind of scouting ship is coming through the Kraang portal tonight.
Leo: So we all have to stay alert.
Karai: Yeah, you never know what could sneak up on you.
[They see Karai on the water tower.]
Leo: Cute, Karai. But I'm not in the mood.
[She draws out her blade and starts to attack.]
Leo: We don't have time for this. Guys!
Mikey: Booyakasha!
[Everyone charged. Donnie strikes first, but she blocks it and leaps over him]
Karai: [confused]"Booyakasha"? What does that even mean?
Mikey: I don't know. But it's fun to yell.
[Karai catches Mikey’s chain with her tanto and yanks Mikey in the air. Leo swings his sword at Karai.]
Karai: You really know how to make a girl feel welcome. I heard the scrawny one mention the Kraang. What's going on?
Leo: None of your business.
Donnie: And I'm not scrawny. I'm svelte.
[They continue to attack.]
Karai: Oh, come on. Let me in on the fun.
Raph: Look, we're a little busy trying to stop the beginning of an alien invasion here, so do us a favor and get lost!
Karai: [shocked] An alien invasion? Are you serious?
[Thunder crashes as something glows and opens up revealing a Krang scout ship.]
Leo: This can't be good,
Mikey: Uhm, guys, I think I need to change my shell.
[theme song]
[The scout ship hovered in the air and scanned the turtles.]
Kraang: The ones who are called turtles have been detected by the scanner which scans for turtles. They are knowing too much of Kraang's plan. Attack.
Karai: I hope you have a plan for fighting that thing.
Leo: Of course I do. Step one: Run!
[They began to run as the laser hit. They ran from rooftop to rooftop as the ship scanned the area. They get to the alleyway.]
Karai: What the heck was that?
Leo: I don't know, but off the top of my head, I'd say they use it for flying and shooting at things.
Mikey: Like at our shells!
[They continue to run until Karai hides in an alley. The alien ship scanned around as the turtles hid behind a car.]
Mikey: You think it knows where we are?
Leo: Yeah, maybe.
[The car was lifted up by the beam and crashed to the ground, making them run again.]
Donnie: Man, we gotta get underground.
Leo: I'll draw their fire.
[Leo goes after the scout ship to distract it.]
Leo: Over here, cyclops!
Raph: Leo, come on!
[They hide into the man sewer just as the scout ship scans. Meanwhile, a man is trying to get some sleep.]
Homeless man: Gosh darn aliens. Every time.
[The ship turned invisible.]
Raph: Oh, great. 'Cause it wasn't scary enough when we could see it.
[They hide as the police arrive. At the Shredder's lair, Karai is telling her father about the encounter of the Kraang ship.]
Karai: It's true. The Kraang are plotting an invasion. I saw the ship myself. They've got some serious hardware. We've gotta do something before it's too late. Father?
Shredder: We shall proceed as planned.
Karai: But-
Shredder: Tomorrow night, we will receive a shipment of new weapons. These shall help us put an end to the turtles and Splinter.
Karai: We can deal with that later. Didn't you listen to a thing I-
Shredder: Karai! You have said your piece. Now you will do as I say.
Karai: Yes, father.
[At the lair, Leo paced around as Raph pulled his sai out of a dummy.]
Leo: That Kraang ship is incredibly dangerous. We've gotta figure out what it's doing here.
Raph: Or we could just skip to the part where we destroy it.
Mikey: [holding the dummy] You're pretty tough when they can't hit you back.
Raph: So what are we waiting for? Let's load up the Shellraiser and challenge that thing to a rematch.
Leo: First we need a way to find a ship that's invisible.
Raph: I know, how about we shoot into the air until we hit it?
Leo: That doesn't sound too smart.
Mikey: Yeah, Raph. Not too smart, buddy.
[Raph glares at Mikey.]
Donnie: Actually, Raph's got something there.
Mikey: Yeah, Leo, Raph's got something there.
Donnie: But instead of shooting objects, we'll shoot waves of electromagnetic radiation. In other words, radar. I've built some radar beacons we can set up around town. If the ship gets near us, I'll get an alarm on my T-phone.
Leo: Good work, Donnie. Come on, guys. Let's split up and place those beacons.
Mikey: [to the dummy] You'll get him next time, buddy.
Leo: Mikey!
Mikey: Loosen your knee pads, Leo!
[Outside. Leo placed the beacon on the roof.]
Leo: Tribeca beacon installed.
Donnie: That's the last of them. Raph and Mikey are finished too.
Leo: See you back at the lair.
[He meets with Karai again. Leo runs off as Karai starts to chase after him.]
Leo: This is getting old, Karai.
Karai: I want to help you fight the Kraang.
Leo: Really? No, of course not. We're enemies. You want to destroy us. You're loyal to Shredder. Should I keep going?
Karai: Look, if the Kraang win, we don't have a planet anymore. That makes our little fight seem pretty pointless, doesn't it?
Leo: I doubt Shredder would agree.
Karai: Shredder is stubborn and short-sighted. He drives me crazy. His stupid vendetta is gonna take us all down. He may not be able to see that, but I know you do. What do you say? Work together for now?
[She offers a hand.]
Leo: Sorry, sister.
[Leo leaves]
Leo: I know we shouldn't trust Karai. But still, I got the sense she really is fed up with Shredder.
Raph: That's probably just what she wants you to think.
Leo: I know, but Sensei, is there any chance she's for real?
Splinter: It is possible. Loyalties have been known to shift. But the kunoichi is trained to use deception to her advantage.
Leo: So she either will or won't betray us?
Splinter: Correct. You must trust your instincts. but beware the trap of believing something to be true simply because you wish it to be so.
Leo: So I should trust my instincts, unless my instincts are wrong?
Splinter: Correct.
Leo: Uh, Thanks, sensei.
Mikey: Whoa. You know it's good advice when you're still confused afterwards.
Raph: Guys, seriously. An alliance with Karai? No way. Why are we even talking about this?
Donnie: It's too bad we can't trust her. It would be nice to have a kunoichi on our side.
April: Uhm, hello? What about me?
Donnie: No, I mean a real kunoichi. I mean, not that you're not a real one, Just that Karai is better. I mean, not--not better, just… More experienced. Is it hot in here?
April: It's ok. I get it. She's your mortal enemy, but , she's "purty. "
Donnie: No, she's not. You're way prettier. Not that I think you're pretty. I mean, you're not ugly. It's just that I-
[Raph covers Donnie's mouth.]
Raph: Don't fight it. You'll thank me later.
[At the shellraiser]
Donnie: [checking phone] Guys, I think I've got something. Doesn't match any authorized flight patterns. It's gotta be the Kraang ship.
Mikey: Or Santa! Nope, it's the Kraang ship. Ugh, that's a bummer.
[The scout ship starts to fire lasers at them.]
Raph: Move it, Leo!
Leo: Hang on to your shells!
[They swerve around the corner as the Kraang ship continues to fire.]
Donnie: I think I've figured out its mission. Us!
Leo: Mikey, we need an escape route!
Mikey: Take the alley on the right!
Leo: It's a dead end.
Mikey: Don't take the alley on the right!
[The alien ship fires at them. They scream.]
Leo: Any ideas, guys?
Raph: Just one.
[Raph started knocking Mikey. Karai drives onto her motorcycle and starts to get onto the ship and stabs it.]
Kraang: That which is known as not good.
[The ship starts to fly out of control.]
Leo: That was Karai! We've gotta go back and help her.
[They head to the direction.]
Raph: She can take care of herself. Let's put some distance between that thing and us.
Leo: No.
Donnie: But the Shellraiser can't take another onslaught right now.
Leo: Then I'll do it myself. Drive! I'll meet you back underground.
[Raph takes charge of driving as he gets into the go-kart.]
Raph: Eh, the stealth bike's my thing.
Leo: Now your thing is sucking it up.
Donnie: Hey, that's my thing!
[Leo gets to his motorcycle. Karai is struggling to get the scout ship down.]
Karai: This is so not fun!
[Leo started to go after Karai as she jumped off. Leo stops the kart and grabs her in time.]
Leo: You ok?
Karai: Yeah. Are you?
Leo: Fine.
Karai: I'm not really good about saying thank you.
Leo: And?
Karai: That was it.
[The go-kart camouflages itself and disappears.]
Kraang: Kraang will find them in a time which is a time that is sooner than a time that is later at that time that is later.
[The ship leaves. Meanwhile, Karai and Leo emerged from the go-kart. Later they were driven back into the sewers.]
Leo: We're back.
Raph: You brought her inside? Dude, she'll see all our gear!
[Karai enters the Shellraiser]
Karai: Yeah, 'cause if Shredder finds out you have an ice cream lamp, it is over.
Leo: Karai just risked her life to save us. She's earned a little trust. Let's hear her out.
Raph: You're the boss.
Karai: You guys need my help. You really think you can shoot down an alien warship with garbage?
Donnie: Compressed garbage.
Mikey: And manhole covers.
Karai: My point is, to take out a ship like that, you need a real weapon.
Raph: Oh, yeah? Like what?
Karai: What if I got you a shoulder-fired missile launcher?
Raph: I'm starting to like her.
Donnie: Where are you gonna get a shoulder-fired missile launcher?
Karai: Shredder, of course.
Mikey: Uh, we're talking about the same Shredder, right? Big dude, lots of blades? Really hates us?
Raph: Yeah, something tells me he's not gonna want to share his toys with us.
Karai: He won't know about it. He's buying a big shipment of weapons down at the docks tomorrow night. All we need to do is sneak in and help ourselves.
Raph: Anyone else smell a trap?
Mikey: Sorry, that was me.
Karai: Why would I trap you? You're the only ones who know what the Kraang are up to.
Donnie: True, but you don't really have the best track record.
Karai: Fine, I'll get you the missile launcher myself.
Leo: You're really willing to steal from Shredder?
Karai: Look, these things have to be stopped. If Shredder's not gonna do anything about it, then I will, with your help or without it.
[Leo looks at his brothers then Raph, who turns away.]
Leo: All right, here's the deal. You get us the missile launcher, and we'll team up.
[They shake hands on the deal.]
Mikey: Stoked! I can't believe we're getting a missile launcher. What should we blow up first?
Raph: Uh, the Kraang ship?
Mikey: Oh, right. What should we blow up second?
Raph: If Karai can pull it off. [trains on a punching bag.]
Donnie: Are you worried about your girlfriend? I see why you guys do that now. It's kind of fun.
Leo: It isn't gonna be easy. Shredder's gonna be there too.
Raph: Hey, you're right! For once, we know where Shredder's gonna be ahead of time, which means we could set a trap for him.
Leo: [shocked, to honest] What? Look, we made a deal with Karai. We can't just go behind her back. This is about that Kraang ship. They want to take us out. So does Shredder.
Raph: This may be our only chance to take him by surprise. Are we really gonna pass that up?
Leo: All right, guys, let's take down the Shredder.
[In the docks, there is a car, and one man, who is in a general outfit, blonde hair and black diamond eye. The man also speaks in a Russian accent. The man is Ivan Steranko. Karai comes to his car, he backs away slowly and sees his 10 year-old partner the Shredder and Foot soldiers arrive.]
Shredder: Where is the shipment?
Ivan Steranko: You brought what I requested?
[Shredder nods at Foot soldier, who hands the man the case, he opens revealing the golden price, which Steranko smiles and nods in approval.]
Karai: I'll inspect the merchandise.
Steranko: Don't you trust me? : We're old friends.
Shredder: Then you won't mind keeping me company while she checks.
[Meanwhile, the turtles are in the cargo boxes.]
Donnie: Aim for his armor. The electro-grenade will use the metal as a conductor to amplify the shock.
Mikey: How much of that did I need to understand?
Donnie: Aim for his armor.
Mikey: Got it.
Raph: You sure we should trust Mikey with this?
Leo: When it comes to water balloon launchers, he's the best in the business.
[Karai takes out a harpoon. then looked at her father and Ivan. She looks to see the turtles using a slingshot.]
Mikey: Booyakasha, ShredHead.
Karai: Look out!
[Karai dives and tackles Shredder to the ground. The grenade hits the car, electrocuting Ivan to the ground.]
Raph: Are you kidding me?
Mikey: I do not understand that woman.
Leo: Incoming!
[They dodge the bazooka and crash to the ground.]
Raph: Well, this can't get much worse.
Donnie: The radar! The Kraang ship is nearby!
[The Krang scout ship appears in the clouds.]
Kraang: Kraang's speculation of finding the turtles sooner rather than later has proven to be correct. Kraang rules.
Leo: Fall back, guys!
Donnie: No argument here!
[Shredder summons out his blades as the turtles run away. They stopped and saw they were cornered.]
Shredder: Tell me where Splinter is, and I'll let you live long enough to watch him perish.
[The scout ship hovers above.]
Leo: That thing again? Great timing.
Shredder: Honto ni wa?
[They dodge the lasers. Shredder opened the container doors and rolled forward to dodge the attack. Leo locked Shredder in the metal shipping container.]
Leo: Come on!
[They start to follow but Shredder's katar blade bursts through the metal door stopping them. The blade breaks through the locks sealing him as Shredder kicks the door freeing him. Shredder turns around facing the turtles.]
Donnie: We'll catch up to you later!
[Leo is comforted by Karai.]
Karai: I thought you were better than this. I thought you were my friend. How could you betray me? You're just as short-sighted and obsessed as Shredder.
Leo: You said yourself how bad Shredder is. Why are you protecting him? You said he's driving you crazy.
Karai: He drives me crazy because he's my father!
Leo: [stunned] Y-your father? Shredder is your father? You're Shredder's daughter!?
[The laser shoots between them. They dodged.]
Leo: We've gotta stop that thing!
Karai: Our deal's off. You want a feud? You've got one.
[The turtles battle Shredder as he overpowers them.]
Shredder: Prepare to know why they call me the Shredder.
[Leo and Karai are still battling. Leo blocked her blows as the Krang ship fired its laser again. Karai hides and looks around to see Leo leaving. Leo began to aim the bazooka at the scout ship.]
Kraang: This is definitely known as not good.
[The ship explodes and Karai charges at Leo who fights her off.]
Raph: Heads up, guys.
[Shredder gets knocked down into the water.]
Karai: Father!
[Karai dives in to rescue him. The rest began to leave. Later back on the rooftop.]
Donnie: Leo, it's not that bad. [chuckles] You blew up the Kraang ship.
Leo: [depressed] But I also blew our chance to get Karai on our side.
Raph: Look, she's Shredder's daughter, his blood. She was never gonna be on our side.
Leo: Yeah, maybe you're right. Maybe I was just believing what I wanted to.
Mikey: Ah, I've been there, dude. For me, it was leprechauns.
Leo: [annoyed and uninterested] Are you seriously comparing what I am going through to the time you found out leprechauns aren't real?
Mikey:[shocked] Leprechauns aren't real?
[Mikey stands in shock as Donnie and Raph facepalm in annoyance as we cut back to the docks, where Karai gets Shredder out of the water, as the evil mastermind coughs a bit.]
Shredder: Well done, Karai. I found something for you.
[Shredder shows her the kraang that he got after he crashed with the ship in the water.]
Shredder: You always wanted a pet.
