Fong is the a member and ex-leader of the Purple Dragons gang.
History[]
Fong seems to be the De Facto leader of the gang (Until Hun took over). He has shown to be quite cruel,ordering his men to mug a blind man. But he has shown some honor,like helping the turtles win because Leonardo showed him mercy in an earlier fight.
