The Foot Cultists are a group of cloaked entities who are led by Tiger Claw and assisted him in summoning Kavaxas.
History[]
The Foot Cultists are unspecified creatures who have hidden their bodies under full hooded robes.
They first appeared in "Scroll of the Demodragon" where they gather items like the Scroll of the Demodragon and a control amulet called the Seal of the Ancients that was needed to summon Kavaxas.
In "End Times," it was revealed by Fishface that when Splinter and Super Shredder fought in "Requiem", some of his mutagen blood spilled into the sewer. A homeless person found it and touched it, turning him into a monstrous creature with Oroku Saki's DNA and mutagen coursing through him which enabled him to create clones of himself. They built a shrine for the Super Shredder before finally found by Tiger Claw.

The Foot Cultists are shown to have super-strength and enhanced speed.
The Foot Cultists are shown to be able to survive a fall from higher places.
Weakness[]
The only weakness that all his mutants have that can repel them is bright light, any light will do just fine.
