Mini Shredder is a mutant shrimp and a member of the Shredder Mutants along with Claw Shredder and Shiva Shredder. He was created by Baxter Stockman. He turned into Mega Shredder along with Claw Shredder and Shiva Shredder in Attack of the Mega Shredder.
