Rook is a member of the Utrom High Council and creator of the Irma droid, which she primarily uses as her method of mobility and communication. She is the lead scientist of the Utrom.
History[]
At a meeting with High Council, Rook expresses distrust in Earthlings, calling them irrational, but was willing to divulge the history of the Utrom to the Turtles.
When the Fugitoid and the Turtles told the Utrom High Council that they found a piece of the Black Hole Generator, Rook and the rest of the council were in dismay. She stated that nobody should have so much power, and that the Utrom went to great lengths to keep the pieces hidden. She and the rest of the council were also shocked to learn that one of the pieces corrupted the entire Aeon species.
The High Council decided to hold a lengthy discussion about helping the Turtles, where Kraang Subprime invaded the Council Chamber.
During the exchange, Rook reveals that Subprime had stolen her Utromdroid body--her creation.
After Queen was kidnapped, Rook moves to instate Parliamentary Procedure 43-296--ALL OUT WAR!
Rook would join the battle against the Kraang.
The battle was going poorly at first. Sensing that this could be the Utrom's last stand, Rook was finally ready to reveal the locations of the next Black Hole Generator fragment to the Fugitoid, only to have her Kraangdroid's head destroyed before she could tell him, leading the Fugitoid to lament "Oh, that's always the way, isn't it?"
The battle would be won, however, and Bishop and Queen gave the fragment locations to the Fugitoid and the Turtles.
When Worlds Collide:As a rouge Salamandrians known as the Newtralizer attacks their fellow Utrom, Rook and the other council members assign Bishop to head to Earth to deal with him, aided by support from the Earth Protection Force. When Bishop is forced to retreat back to the High Council chamber with the Turtles, April, Karai, Mona Lisa, and Sal Commander joining them, Rook reveals a device that could help stop Newtralizer, but the fiend arrives in the chamber, incapacitates Queen's Ms. Campbell body, and decapitates Rook, leaving her head to land in Pawn's hands before Newtralizer goes after him next before Bishop and Sal Commander manage to knock him through another portal and back to New York City, sparing Rook and the other council members from being Newtralizer's next victims.

Her appearance closely resembles Kraang Subprime's Irma body. According to Rook, Subprime stole her design.
