[It all started at the rooftops. April is panting for breath, trying to catch up with the turtles.]
April: I never understood how turtles could… Could be so. So fast.
Mikey: Come on, April. This is just the warm-up.
April: The warm-up? For two hours?
Leo: That's what ninjas do. Training sometimes lasts four, five hours at a time. Awesome, right?
April: Are you kidding me? I'm gonna puke. What about a real mission?
Raph: It took fifteen years of training before Master Splinter let us go on a "real mission. " You got a long way to go, sister.
Donnie: Not that long. A decade or two will fly by like that. [Snaps fingers]
April: For a turtle.
Donnie: Maybe we should take her on more missions, Leo. It makes sense.
Mikey: Yeah! The best training she could have is hanging with the ninjas.
Leo: Uh-uh. No way. It's too dangerous.
Raph: What if something happens to her?
[April clutches her head.]
April: [Groaning] My head. Guys, I think there's someone watching us... Right over there.
[They looked over and saw a figure of a man. Taking notice, the figure started to run.]
All: Get him!
[Theme song]
[They started to chase after them.]
Leo: Grappling hooks!
[They fire the hooks onto a billboard and ride down.]
Mikey: Aw, yeah!
[April tried to use her grappling hook but it was stuck while the others made it to the other side.]
April: Stupid grappling hook. Maybe I should just take the stairs.
Donnie: April, use my rope!
Raph: [mimicking] "April, use my rope." She's already slowing us down, Donnie.
[April grabs on and leaps right over Donnie.]
Leo: This way. Let's move, people.
[They enter inside the apartment.]
Donnie: It's quiet. Too quiet.
[Leo began to open the window and enter inside the apartment. They looked around to see drawings of kraang and a billboard taped with photos of themselves from season 1.]
Donnie: It's us.
Leo: Not just us. Photos of mutants and Kraang. Lots and lots of Kraang.
April: So what's with all the creep-tastic pictures?
[Raph sees that they are being watched]
Raph: Well, I guess we've seen enough here, guys. Let's get out of here.
[Raph pulled the figure and pinned him down. It was an old man wearing a brown hat and trench coat.]
Jack Kurtzman: Whoa! Don't hurt me. I'm a friend.
Raph: "Stalker's" more like it.
Kurtzman: After all these months, finally face-to-face with the talking ninja turtles, and April O'Neil herself.
[Jack is about to approach her but Leo stops him.]
Leo: [sternly] You better start talking, pal. What's with the photos? Who are you?
Kurtzman: The name's Kurtzman. I was a journalist on the case of the missing scientist last year, and then I discovered something much bigger. The Kraang.
[He turns on the lights and puts down a book. He opens it, revealing the history of the Kraang.]
Kurtzman: The alien infiltration is long-lived. Ancient, in fact. The Kraang have been trying to use mutagen to terraform the Earth for thousands of years. But they couldn't use the mutagen in our universe without a specific chain of human DNA. They spent millennia capturing people, shaping humankind's genetic code, until finally…
[He holds up a photo of a baby.]
April: [Gasps] That's me.
Kurtzman: Your mother was taken by the Kraang before you were born. Then, she was experimented on.
April: My mom?
Kurtzman: That's why you're so special, April. Your DNA can perfect the mutagen in this dimension.
[April, stunned by this, stumbled back.]
April: I. I think I need to sit down.
[Suddenly, the norman droids arrive, kicking the door open.]
Kurtzman: They found me! I don't know how, but they found me.
Kraang: Kraang, the human known as Kurtzman has allied himself with the ones called "the turtles," who are turtles.
Kraang 2: Observe, Kraang. Disintegrate first. Capture for interrogation later.
[They start to shoot lasers at them. Raph tackled the robot down and crashed him through the wall. Mikey screams and dodged and threw ninja stars at him. Donnie managed to whack the robot away from April.]
Donnie: I'll protect you, April.
April: Protect yourself.
[The others continue to fight while April carefully tries to defend herself. Leo sliced a robot away.]
Leo: Takes a little practice, April.
April: So I'm told.
Donnie: Retreat!
[They leave]
Kurtzman: I can't leave without my notebook.
[He tries to after his book but gets shot by the robots]
Kurtzman: No. My... My..
[Kurtzman trips and begins to fall. Mikey saves him from falling off the building.]
Mikey: Gotcha.
[He lowers him down as the teens arrived.]
Leo: This way. Move!
[A van arrives, and coming out was a robotic cannon that started to fire.]
Raph: Get him!
[They dodged and began to run away. Once the alien can see there is no one here, the shellraiser appears, causing the alien to scatter.]
Leo: Everyone, brace yourselves.
[He moves the shellraiser backwards damaging the krang cannon.]
Kurtzman: Here's the plan. You infiltrate T.C.R.I, then wipe out all the data the Kraang have on April's DNA.
April: Infiltrate T.C.R.I.? I thought you guys blew that place up.
[Later, TCRI is looking good as new.]
Raph: Whoa. They rebuilt T.C.R.I? Already?
Leo: We break in, erase April's DNA codes, and get out. Infiltration only.
April: Let's do this.
Leo: Great. You and Kurtzman stay outside on lookout.
April: Stay outside? On lookout?
Kurtzman: No problem. [gives them a card] Take this. It's a key card I stole from one of their vans. It'll get you into T.C.R.I.
Leo: Thanks, Mr. Kurtzman.
Kurtzman: Good luck.
[April glared at him, making Jack ease away. The four brothers began to head to the TCRI until April followed them up to the rooftop.]
Leo: All right, April. Stay here and maintain radio communication.
April: [Scoffs] But I want in on the action too.
[Leo said nothing and ziplined across TCRI followed by Raph, and Mikey.]
Donnie: Don't worry. We'll be back in two shakes of a Kraang tentacle.
[They leave]
April: Wait outside like some stupid sidekick? I don't think so.
[The turtles enter inside an office and hide behind a cube wall. Mikey walked first and then gasped. It was a kraangdroid but it was charging because of the tube on connected to his neck. Donnie looked outside and notice that the others androids are charging.]
Donnie: It's okay. It's all right. I think these androids are just... charging.
Raph: Weird. I wonder if there's Kraang inside of 'em.
[Donnie lifted up his arms to reveal a sleeping Kraang. Mikey walks up and pokes the Norman Kraang face.]
Mikey:[Laughs] Dudes, their faces are all rubbery and stuff. Check it out.
[He started to move the jaws like a puppet.]
Mikey: Blah, blah, blah. Blah, blah, blah, blah. Donnie stinks. Blah, blah, blah.
Leo: [annoyed] Stop that. We gotta move before they wake up.
[April arrives, startling the turtles,]
Raph: April? What are you doing here?
April: I told you, I'm sick of sitting on the sidelines.
Leo: Fine. Just be quiet, stay close, and do not let Mikey touch anything.
[They hear a buzzing noise.]
Mikey: Wasn't me.
Donnie: I think they're done charging. Let's get out of here!
[They run away as the Normans get up.]
Kraang: Kraang, does this human suit make Kraang look fat?
[They get into the elevator. inserting the card.]
Campbell: The floor known as level 40 has been accessed to Kraang.
Leo: Whew! Not bad so far.
Raph: This music is making my ears bleed.
[They arrive at the floor. They stealthy stepped out and looked to see the Kraang, their antennae emerging from their heads.]
Raph: What's goin' on, Donnie?
Donnie: [high] It's a Kraang sweet 16 birthday party. [normal] How am I supposed to know?
[April clutches her head again.]
April: [Groans] It's Kraang Prime. They're meditating, communicating. I can hear their thoughts.
Mikey: Whoa, man. You're like "tele-pathetic."
Kraang Prime: The experiment is nearly complete. Despite setbacks, the mutagen will be ready as planned.
April: They're talking about invasion.
Kraang Prime: Soon, we will transform the Earth and all of its hideous people.
[April gasps until Krang Prime's eyes open.]
Kraang Prime: What?! Intruders?
[The aliens shriek.]
Mikey: Um, guys, what are we thinking?
Leo: Run!
Raph :Some stealth mission.
Mikey: Dudes! It's that freaky chick with the exploding elbows.
[Leo tries to get ithe elevator working but they dodge the cannons. Donnie pushes April out of the way.]
Donnie: April!
April: Look out!
[The Kraang began to fire the launchers. Leo sliced them and used the blaster to shoot the aliens down.]
Leo: We got to get to that door.
[One of the kraang grabbed April.]
Kraang droid: It is the human known as April O'Neil.
April: [punches the Krangdroid] I am not gonna ask for help. [The alien grabbed her hand] Dumb! Help! Help! Donnie!
[April begins to be dragged into the darkness.]
Donnie: April!
[Leo shoved Donnie down as a missle rocket down.]
Leo: Raph, take down "Miss rocket arms."
Raph: Already on it.
[He throws his sai at the launcher and explodes, sending them flying.]
Donnie: Let's get April!
[They head to the hallway.]
April clone: Run!
[April runs past them as the turtles follow after her.]
April Clone: In here.
[They hide in a cell]
Raph: So why are we hiding in a dead end?
[Leo tried to pull it open but it was locked.]
Leo: Door's locked. We're trapped.
[The clone laughed evilly until pink gas started to spray.]
Donnie: Poison gas? April, why are you doing this?
[The clone laughed. Everyone tried to get out but the gas kept coming, and started to fill their lungs.]
Leo: Got to get out.
April Clone: There is no escape, turtles.
Donnie: April, what's wrong with you? Are you *cough* mind controlled?
April Clone: Try again.
[The clone punched Donnie.]
Mikey: Donnie! No.
[They cover their mouths]
Leo:[Coughing] It's not April, Mikey.
Raph: It's an android. Get her!
[Raph charges but gets thrown aside]
Donnie: I hate having to do this, but...
[He flings the clone into the controls and explodes into ink. The doors open as the turtles still cover their mouths, sealing their breath inside.]
Mikey: 'Kay.
[They exit out of it, trying to breathe in the fresh air into their lungs.]
Donnie: It was some kind of replica. [Coughing] A fake April.
Mikey: But she looked so real. [Coughs] Like Tofu bacon.
Leo: Come on. [Coughs] We got to find the real April.
Raph: [Coughs] And Tofu bacon does not look real.
Mikey: It tastes real, though.
[The team stopped a few feet to a large door. On the ceiling, lasers started firing at Mikey. They went cover against the walls.]
Mikey: I bet whatever's behind that door is pretty important.
[Leo made his way and swiped the card. The blaster retreated into the ceiling and the doors opened up. They enter inside a large room, containing DNA samples, including contains full of clones just like the one in Alien Agenda but with no labels of animals. ]
Donnie: By Darwin's beard. April clones.
Mikey: Weird.
Donnie: They're perfect genetic duplicates.
Mikey: Weird.
Donnie: I bet the Kraang have been growing them to harvest her DNA.
[One of the clones open her eyes.]
Mikey: [Gasps] Weird.
Donnie: I got it, okay?
Raph: So where's the real April?
[April is restrained in the main lab, wearing a white jumpsuit.]
Kraang: The DNA that belongs to the April clones is lacking, Kraang. Kraang needs more real April DNA.
April: Uh, how 'bout I just give you some hair or something? That has DNA.
Kraang: That is correct. But this is far more entertaining to Kraang.
Leo: Hurry, Donnie. Faster.
Donnie: I'm hurrying as fast as I can.
April: [Screaming]
Mikey: April!
[The Kraang arrived.]
Kraang: The turtles survived. Open the bin that is known as the Reject Bin.
[They open the bin. The turtles brace for battle as a hand slowly emerged and so did its head. The turtles thought that this April clone was normal but it's not. Her head is attached to a mutant with misshapen arms and legs that are deformed.. She stood up at full height, rising at least ten feet. The others are so freaked out, they screamed.]
Mikey: Uh oh.
Leo: What the heck is that?
April Derp: Derp, derp, derp.
[The creature swiped away the Krang droids off the catwalk.]
Donnie: It's some kind of a reject clone, a genetic mishap.
Mikey: An "April-derp. "Derp, derp, derp. " Get it?
[They began to dodge Derp but the mutant is flexible. It only angered the creature as she growls in anger.]
Raph: You guys take care of the derp. I'll rescue April.
Donnie: Oh, man. I wanted to do that.
[Raph leaves. As he got there, he turned off the machine.]
Raph: April.
April: Great. Saved by Raph. I'm never gonna live this down.
Raph: Well, we've all been there, April.
[He fights the robots but gets retrained]
Raph: Let me go!
April: Raph!
[The turtles continue fighting Derp. Mikey tried to pull her but landed on her back where a second mouth licked him.]
Leo: Donnie, you wipe out those computers yet?
Donnie: Still working on it.
Mikey: [being held by Derp] Work faster! She's crushing my face!
[Derp fling Mikey in the air and hugs him]
April Derp: Derp, derp. April give hugs. Derp, derp, derp.
Donnie: Yes! I did it. I wiped the computers clean.
[Donnie gets knocked down. Leo tries to go after Mikey but gets caught by her long tongue, flinging him around. Raph gets pinned down.]
Raph: April!
Kraang: Do not struggle. The one called April O’Neil will soon expire.
April: No! NOOOOO!!!!
[Her scream was so powerful, the Kraang screeched in pain. The reject clone moans in pain and explodes into black liquid, destroying her.]
Mikey: Yes! Good-bye, April derp!
[Raph had himself free from the Kraang's grip and gets April out of the machine.]
Raph: You okay?
April: [in pain] Brain on fire, ready to pop. Other than that, meh.
[The three turtles arrive.]
Donnie: April! Oh, I'm so glad you're alive.
Mikey: Uh oh. Time to haul shell.
[They begin to leave but they become surrounded by clones who suddenly had gotten out of their tanks.]
Clones: Where are you going, guys? Trying to ditch me? Let's get out of here. We got to hurry. Come on. It's me, April. Where are you going, guys? Come on. Let's get out of here.
April: Don't listen to them. I'm the real April.
[April was getting pushed back by the clones.]
Clones: It's me, April.
Donnie: April!
Clones: No, I'm the real April. I am. It's me. No, I am.
Mikey: Whoa. Which one is which?
Clones: We got to hurry. Come on. No, I'm the real April. It's me. I am. It's me. No, I am.
[April struggles to get through and takes out the fan and slices them.]
Donnie: Yep, that's the real April.
[They charge at them and they all explode into ink.]
Mikey: Okay, that was just gross, dudes. There's "April derp" on my chucks.
Leo: Let's move. Hurry!
[They leave the TCRI and Jack arrives in his van.]
Kurtzman: Get in.
[They hop in the car]
Kurtzman: Escaping from the Kraang in their own van.
Leo: Thanks for the save, Mr. Kurtzman.
Kurtzman: I owed you one. So did you wipe out the Kraang computers?
Donnie: We did, by the skin of our noses.
Raph: The only reason we survived was because of April. Whatever you did back there saved us all.
April: [Sighs] I have no clue what I did. I was freaking out, and then, "zap," the Kraang were toast.
Kurtzman: You walk from here. Well, I'm off. Somebody's got to keep an eye on the Kraang. They're everywhere. If you ever need my expertise, you know where to find me.
[At the lab, Donnie tested her blood and saw something incredible.]
Leo: Well, what'd you find out, Donnie?
Donnie: This doesn't seem possible.
April: What is it? What's wrong?
Donnie: Based on all the info I've culled from the clone lab, your cellular makeup is actually a morphogenesic blend of human and Kraang DNA.
April: Wait. Are you saying?
Donnie: You're not entirely human, April. That's why you have psychic powers. In fact, you are a half-human, half-alien mutant.
All: A mutant?
Mikey: [cheerfully] Aw, yeah! Welcome to the family!
