In the subway, April walks into the train holding a canister in her arms. Suddenly, Foot ninjas started to attack her, causing her to drop the item which causes people's arms to turn into tentacles. She catches it with the canister and before she was gonna get captured, the Foot ninjas were dragged and defeated by Leonardo. Leo pulled her onto the train and became surrounded by Foot ninjas. Leo orders her to run, which she did. Mousers lunged at April, causing the item to be loose. With tentacles forming into her arms, she pleaded Michelangelo to get the canister; Mikey does so, chasing after the object on each rooftop and got to the TCRI truck where Kraang attacks.
Raph shows up and knocks the driver out and steers it off the highway. Mikey manages to catch the canister but they are about to crash into the train. The two turtles leaped on, regrouping with the others to see April, still fighting the foot. She fell into the train and massive tentacles emerged from the windows. Kraang also came out but the tentacles grabbed him and crawled away. The turtles follow after the train car, and manage to save April and capture the object with the canister..
Leaping down safely, all of the humans stare in awe at the turtles until Krang appears, only to get hit by the train which exploded into flames. The turtles disappear, before someone would take a picture of them.
