Wingnut is a comic book superhero. He was brought into the real world in Bat in the Belfry.
History[]
Season 4[]
Bat in the Belfry- Wingnut and Screwloose were just ordinary comic bock characters until Mikey put the Aeon Crystal on the comic book to prove he was right, bringing the characters to life!
Appearance[]
Wingnut is a humanoid bat wearing a big red costume. He has large mechanical wings and wears a goofy mask.
Personality[]
Wingnut is heroic and brave. But when under the influence of the Aeon crystal, he becomes a greedy, selfish, and delusional psychopath who believes he's still a hero.
Trivia[]
- Wingnut first appeared in the 1987 TMNT cartoon series.
- He is an obvious parody of Batman. Specifically, the Silver Age and Adam West versions.
- Wingnut appears as a playable character in the SNES version of Tournament Fighters. He joins the tournament because he thinks it'll be fun and a good way to kill time.
